ITA's Professional Publishing Skills Seminar (PPSS) programme offers short in-service training courses for Chinese publishing professionals looking to build their skills across a range of book industry disciplines.
PPSS courses are intensive, highly result-oriented, and practical. They have been designed specifically to meet the needs of the rapidly growing Chinese publishing sector. Our courses are designed and led by a mix of expert trainers and experienced professionals currently working in the industry. All courses provide cases studies and real life examples of international publishers' methodologies and practice, including author questionnaires, author contracts, marketing plans, co-edition and rights sales contracts, and publishing decision forms.
